Food is okay. I just dont understand why its impossible for the employees at this location to cut sandwiches in half and include sauce packets and straws? Its not that difficult of a request. lol - anyway, food tastes fine either way but this is an ongoing issue thats really annoying sometimes. At least the food is affordable and they accept cash for delivery.
Really blows. Delivery was over an hour late. No apology offered by the driver at all. No mayonnaise packets were included. I don't want to order from this location ever again.

This used to be my go-to for quick lunch and even dinner sometimes, but they are no longer freaky fast or worthwhile. In my area, this Jimmy John's has become the laughing stock for sandwich delivery, sometimes taking 2 hours for a single delivery. Even when I pick it up I still waited 5-10 minutes. Sorry to say, it's just not worth the money anymore for the quality and service compared to the multiple sandwich shops in the area.
