Janesville Panda Express is consistently good. Clean atmosphere, friendly service, uniformly fresh food. I always order Honey Walnut Shrimp which is an increased cost, sometimes a good serving size, sometimes small, depends on who packs it. Beef and Broccoli is standardly appetizing, as are the chicken options. Last visit I tried Black Angus Steak and it was awful! The mushrooms and peppers were okay but the steak and broccolini were so over cooked and tough it was unedible...read full review

I usually get honey walnut shrimp, two orange chickens, lo mein, and two spring rolls. Food is always fresh and hot. What I don't like is they try to scimp on to go order portions.

Can we get the food to be filled more often...there are way too many outages when I come and eat. Also please have someone clean off the tables and take out the trash and sweep the floors on a timely manner.
