My family and I go to this subway about once a week or every two weeks. It's one of the only fast food places we eat at. I'm usually happy with the food and the time it takes to make it. Sometimes they are out of Italian bread which is sad because it is the only bread most of my family will eat. The customer service isn't usually great. Usually orders here have been excellent. Tonight we ordered two 12 inch subs: Hotshot Italiano and BLT. Both were supposed to be toasted - neither of them was. BLT was supposed to have regular mayo --- it did not. One was requested with extra black olives --- oops it was light on the olives. Onions on the Hotshot were light.Sigh... Maybe things will be better again next time?
