I do a lot of drive thru due to car naps with my baby. Anyway, I find the customer service and the attitude specifically through drive thru to be terrible and an "oh well" type attitude when issues arise, especially with mobile orders. They really don't try to accommodate drive thru customers or be empathetic in any way (I get it....fast food sucks. I called yesterday with an order of 18 boxed sandwiches to pick up this morning and Julio was so patient and knowledgeable in the catering process. I appreciate it so much and picked it up this morning with no problems whatsoever!

I was surprised to see that I could order on the screen! This way I could take my time and check out the menu without rush. I had the spinach artichoke egg souffle. This visit was to use a gift card for my first visit to the kenosha store.
