It never fails, every time I use the drive-thru something from my order is forgotten. It's tough to go through the bags to make sure everything is there - I also feel this should be checked off by the person who is putting my order together. Also - the prices are getting out of control. How is it that I am paying more for a drive-thru order than if I actually went to a sit-down restaurant ? Even though they were super busy and short staffed, the two ladies that helped me and my friends were beyond professional. Great customer service, hot food, and tried there absolute best to help us as quickly as possible!

It's good because it's Popeyes but the service here sucks. They're always forgetting something. I just placed an order that was promoted online that if I spend more than $10, I would get a free box of six wings with some sauces and I think a side and that did not come with my stuff..
