“Excellent food and the prices can't be beat. Plus, the view is great. The waitress in our section was overwhelmed by a large group but she never said anything to anyone else that we were waiting. After 20 minutes one of our group went to bar to get service. The waitress we had after that was wonderful! We all said we would go back again.“
“If we need a quick, tasty meal Culver's is always our go to. The food is tasty and the people have always been nice. They really tried their best during Covid and I applaud them for that- always a good attitude, working quickly, etc. Can't leave without the chocolate custard either!“
“Classic Americana. Takes you back to simpler times. Awesome service, and well-kept. Try the Friday Fish Fry....all you can eat bliss! 3/24 Update - Still the best! Recommend!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out if in a wheelchair.“
“Been to this establishment several times. Always been a great experience. Tonight was very disappointing. Could have walked out without paying our bill because nobody would help us. Asked for after dinner drink and the bill sat for half hour or more without either. Had to ask for a second time still not much better. I'll leave it right here. Hard pressed to go back ever“
“Great side neighborhood bar!! Love their food. The summers are fantastic that you can pull up boat side and sit down on the docks and even in the winter it’s a great time! Great staff, always kind and helpful. I’ve never had a bad time here. Daily specials are delicious as well!Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance/no stairs“
“I had the taco soup (my picture captured a shadow) and split a chicken wrap. Both were so good I was sad when it was gone. The chicken wrap is plumb full of moist delicious chicken, real bacon, lettuce, tomato, basically whatever your heart desires. And that taco soup..I almost went with the roasted veggie soup, but I'm so glad I changed my mind. This soup was loaded with seasoned pork, and just the right amount of "zest" to warm you right up on a chilly day. If you haven't experienced Boot Hill, this little gem nestled in the beautiful old LaCrosse Boot Facotry is definitely a must! Oh, and the prices were spot on for the amount of food they serve! Can not wait to go back! Thank you Meghan and your chef, she was koodos too!“
“It's alright. I don't drink so I don't spend much time in bars. It was a pretty laid back crowd with a good band. They also don't seem to mind if you smoke weed there so that's nice. Only four stars because the drive down the bluff after dark sort of sucks.“
“Been coming to the banquet facility for 30 years or so for Friday night fish, our family's tradition when we get together in West Salem. I wondered why there wasn't a line of people waiting for tables already when we arrived at 5:30, also noticed they've removed about half the tables and were serving a fraction of the number of parties as they have in years past. Once we got the menus and saw it was no more all you can eat, I understood why they are no longer THE place to go anymore :( Disappointed and will probably try other places even though you have excellent fish, chicken and coleslaw; the famous Syl's coleslaw that is written in every church cookbook in the Lacrosse region!“
“Flew in late at night to LSE Airport and was pleased to find out once I and my colleagues got to our hotel that not only was there a restaurant but that the kitchen was still open. We all had shared a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was super good. Staff was also super friendly.“
“This place was a great find! We got the cheese curd sampler, the bacon bloody and the curder burger. The bacon on the burger was a little too salty for my preference, but everything else was great. I would definitely return. The cheese curd sampler is HUGE and well worth it!“
