These people are on top of clearing the tables asking if everythings good. The service was sublime! They are making fresh food constantly for their buffet! I haven't been there for 10 years but I'm glad this is where I chose to bring my family for Easter. The price is comparable to other diners around if not even a little cheaper now. They have really good mouthwatering food! The steak was incredible and bursting with flavor! The wait even on Easter was only about 15 minutes.

Always a good experience here, and I try to stop in whenever my work travel takes me past La Crosse. If there even is a downside to NCSB, it's that they are closed on Mondays ?

Most of the food was good, and the steaks were cooked to correct doneness. (You do have to season it yourself) tried a bit of everything on the hot menu. My biggest complaint was the taco meat. I would rather eat canned cat food from the dollar store.Everything else was pretty good for a buffet.Would eat there again, just not taco meat (beef), I am assuming.
