Terra aka red, came out after we order food on the app ask the name we used to order it. It's a great feeling to know someone is doing their job properly to make sure the right food goes to the right vehicle. I get great service when I go through the drive thru in the morning. But in afternoon when I go inside l have to wait for awhile before someone will take my order. I also don't like the kiosks.
This location is always understaffed and service is usually slow but I go here because it's close to where I conduct my business. The staff they do have is often unfriendly and sometimes just plain rude and they are very inattentive to people at the front counter. It's not just the employees either, management is often the worst. They had a new girl (2nd day) who was great.
