The employees are always nice but I can’t remember the last time that I actually got fries that were not terrible! Every single time they are many that are hard as a rock with some to the point I can’t even eat them. They are way over cooked and they are dark golden brown. We went through the drive thru and it is another burger joint. I had the fish. It was pretty good. My husband said his burger was alright. It is more expensive for fast food. People seem to like them they are busy quite often. Just not worth the money for me.

Tom’s food is generally good, especially their cheese-curds, burgers, ice-cream and chicken tenders are all staples when frequenting here. However, regarding my ‘3-star’ review, there is zero reason the employees preparing customers orders, shouldn’t be wearing gloves when handling food. I have been here many times and can see direct behind their kitchen, and I’ve witnessed them touching food items (Buns for example) without wearing gloves.
