I’m shocked this business only has fifteen reviews… we tried four variations of cheese curds during our weekend visit to Madison - these were the best! We saw them at the Dane County farmer’s market around capitol square on a Saturday morning. The location market on the map is not accurate as this is a food truck. They have an Instagram. If I am ever in the area or at event with this truck again, we will be enjoying more curds!! Thanks!
A classic food truck/stand in Madison! Some of the best curds you can find around town. They're pretty popular so be prepared to find a line in front of their truck, but have no fear the line moves speedy fast! Tip 1: They have two windows. One window to order and one order to pick up (don't get confused)! A lot of people will be waiting on the pickup line thinking it's where they order. Curd Girl rocks the Capitol Square on Saturdays. These fried nuggets of golden goodness are such a treat and a respite from the crowds at the Farmers Market. This was my first time and I'm hooked!
