WOW! Milo took my order at the state street location, and his service was spectacular. I cannot speak for any of the other employees, but this young man is something special for sure. He answered all of my questions, made great recommendations, and created the perfect bowl for me. My only complaint is that the pickled onions were a bit thick, but that is not Milo's fault.Vegetarian options: Tempeh, tofu, lentils, lots of vegetables and other proteins
Come hungry and leave fully satisfied with a healthy and delicious meal. The concept is like chipotle and sweet green. The Green Mole with chicken was fresh and bursting with flavor. It's a big portion but you don't feel heavy afterwards or you can save some for later. The place is clean and has ample seating across the right wall, and upper front corner of the entrance where you get nice sunlight.
