The confit chicken thigh was phenomenal but swordfish was a little on the salty side

Graft is a delightful restaurant with amazing drinks and a equally amazing menu. The staff attends to every detail while the kitchen and bar tantalize your senses.

Love this place. Manager was kind and stopped by to chat and answer any and all of my questions. Will be back again. P.s - please bring back the Mac n cheese!

Absolutely fantastic! One of the best meals I've had in Madison. I'd recommend going with a group of four and ordering almost everything on the menu to share with the group. The service was great in addition to the good! I can't wait to go back!

Graft. Is. Back. Thank goodness that Graft decided to open their doors again. Although the mac & cheese is no longer on the menu, it was (as always) a great experience from the get go. I was so excited I even forgot to take pictures of a few of the dishes! The GM came around and we had a great conversation about Graft reopening it's doors, and we were thrilled for the team and everyone involved. On to the food! Although the amazing mac & cheese was not available, the menu was filled with a great variety. We had a party of 4 and ordered: Mixed Carrots, Green Beans, Gratin, Monkey Bread (duh), Chicken Thigh, 2x Pork Tenderloin, NY Strip, and topped it off w/ a brownie. Highlights were the Green Beans, Chicken Thigh, Pork and steak. The green beans were crisp, and the buttermilk dressing accompanied the dish phenomenaly. The Chicken Thigh had an unexpected kick to it, but the skin was so crispy it almost seem deep fried. The Pork had to be the most interesting balance of flavors from the interesting sticky rice, amazing sauce, crispy bok choy, and perfectly cooked pork. Lastly, the steak as cooked to absolute perfection and topped a spinach/paneer mix that helped balance the saltiness of the steak.

Graft was one of our favorite restaurants in all of Madison! We are so sad that it closed. #DamnCovid19

we got the fried cheve, short rib, scallops, grilled romaine, Mac and cheese, and finished with the pot de creme. If you like goat cheese... get the fried cheve!! I seriously dream of it it's so good. Also the pot de creme is the best I've ever had. Awesome drink menu, great ambience

The lemon balsamic cocktail is one of my favorite in Madison and worth trying! I also always order the broken Caesar asparagus, at least one order if not two. The short rib with cauliflower is consistnely a favorite and most recently I tried the chicken con fit and really enjoyed that it was salty, crunchy and tasty.

Graft is an upscale, classy restaurant with food and drinks to match. Their tender, juicy, excellent short rib is as good a piece of meat as any high-priced steak at other restaurants. Yesterday was Taco Tuesday and the pork tacos were excellent. You can't go wrong with anything here. And they have the most professional, friendly, and happy staff of any restaurant! Finally got around to dining at graft and I was not disappointed. Cocktails were creative and delicious. Service was on point from start to finish. Food was very good, the whitefish salad and braised beef dishes were the standouts. The quail and Thai meatballs were good too. Highly recommend
