“A huuuge tip of my hat to Sandwich Superstar, Caspar Uy. He came up with a few "specialty" menu options that make this Jimmy Johns unlike any other in the city and allow for ingredient combinations that I may not have thought of. Vegan options as well!EDIT because I had more time to sit and write this:I've stopped in a number of times as this is a very convenient location to visit while I'm on the job. Recently, however, I've had additional reasons to stop by: Caspar Uy and his clear love of his job. Caspar started sometime this year, and every time we meet, I've left with a smile. He personally hand-crafted a "secret menu" featuring different ingredient combinations that are not all featured on the main menu, This really spices things up and keeps each JJ's visit fresh and enjoyable. He even came up with Vegetarian and Vegan specific sandwiches in addition to the omnivorous ones. He truly goes above and beyond ANY "fast food" employee I have ever met, and is more "there for the customer" in every regard. More than just taking my order, he makes me feel seen, heard, and respected, and it's hard not to notice his dedication to service and wonderful attitude in turn. SERVICE= 1000 stars. About 8 people working and sandwiches were filled with meat and other things i added to it for free like the jimmy Peppers ... plus, never had delivered. Problems, just order an hour b4 ...“

“This particular JJ's did everything I asked. I made a very complicated custom order, and they followed it to every point. My custom sub was absurd, but they did it anyway, and it was exactly what I wanted. Just absolutely perfect, delicious, and the staff were so accommodating. These folks know how to make a cold sandwich. Spend your money here. And make sure to tip them!!!“
