A very mixed experience...We had a party of 8, which is 2 more than I suggest you ever have. Every person ordered a full entree, every person ordered drinks from the bar, multiple rounds per couple. Every couple then ordered desert. As soon as we had finished our desert, the manager came over and asked us to leave so they could seat more people. My wife still had over 2/3 of her freshly arrived margarita. The food was fine, but wrong for multiple people. The waitress messed up our drink orders. I find it hard to give them a better review because our experience was ruined at the end by being asked to leave. For 2 people, I'm sure it will be a great experience, as the food is actually very good, but for more than 2, any place is better.

Nice neighborhood pub- like restaurant. They accommodated our group on the heated porch.Food was good, drinks good.Fun time!Parking: The lot beside building is small...so spills onto adjoining streets. As popular as this place is( packed on a Sat night), they should consider adding a parking lot

Went here with my son, daughter-in-law, and 4 year old grandson before a Badger hockey game on a recommendation from my son's friend. Got there around 4:00 and were seated right away. Waiter, Markus, greeted us, took our drink order, and gave us menus. When he returned, we ordered a chicken dinner, chicken strips for the big kid, blank n blue burger (well done), and a kids mac n cheese. We also ordered cheese curds. Wait time for our meal was a typical wait. When we got our cheese curds, they were crispy to the point of being quite hard. We had to break them open for my grandson to eat the cheese. That should've been an omen. (Note: our cheese curds looked no where near as good as the photos in other reviews posted here. They were twice as dark). When our meals arrived, all of the main items were very over cooked. My chicken strips are coated with panko crumbs so I knew it would be crispy. The chicken, however was very dry with the narrower ends inedible. You couldn't cut thru them. The chicken thighs on the dinner order were very dark. the meat had a bit of juice near the very center. The rest was dry and hard. The burger, while ordered well done, was beyond that. It was a dried to almost a crisp with no moisture to it. Not only that, but it was missing onions. The kids mac n cheese came with big noodles which was an interesting twist. They probably would've been good if they'd had any type of cheesy sauce on them. These looked like they'd been rolled in a pan with a minimum of cheese and then put into a bowl. For a kid, there should be a good bit of cheese sauce with the noodles. These had none. The whole meal seemed to be an indication of either over cooking or not having a deep fryer timer set correctly. If we'd had time to send all back and reorder, we would've but needed to make a 6:00 game time. We won't be back and my son will be letting the friend know about it. Haven't been this disappointed in a dining experience in a long time; if ever.

Every time with this place. They are out of items, they aren’t serving anymore coinciding with the menu that is displayed.Tonight it was “we don’t do takeout on Friday’s after 5.That’s fine and all, but please post that on your website somewhere, so I don’t spend 15 minutes trying to call to get thru.

Got seated pretty quickly. The beer selection is good. The server was attentive. Brought out a second kitty cocktail for our kid without asking us, and charged us for it. Odd. We would have preferred to have been asked given it was a child and we prefer to limit sugar intake, especially nearing bedtime. Food was subpar. Fried stuff was good, take that for whatever it is worth. The burgers were small and dry, at "medium" doneness. The Drafthouse burger was nonsensical with it's dryness and lack of flavor. There was no beer cheese sauce even visible let alone palatable. Portion sizes are disappointing. We had more fries this time than the last time we dined here. The other visits here were excessively busy and we had to wait far longer than we should have. Bathrooms are ok, garbage was overflowing tonight.3rd attempt at eating here, looks like the last.
I love this place. Great bar food, great service, great local bar.

I love this place, but it tends to be too crowded. They have a great Friday Fish fry as well as the normal menu. They have very fun designer coctails and a good beer menu (IPAs, stouts, and nice craft beer selection)In the summer, they have a really nice patio on the south side of the building with an awning, so it is somewhat indoors. Last summer, they expanded real outdoor seating on the north of the building.Parking is limited. Most people have to park on the street, and when busy, even that is hard to get.Parking: Only 8-10 spots, and even street parking gets full at peak times.
