Terrible. Ordered online, said it was out for delivery then never arrived. Tried calling the store multiple times, the number did not work. Called a pizza hut representative, they literally kept just forwarding me to the store after me saying the number did not work.

Apparently they don't accept bills larger than $20 even if your order is close to $100. Just though others should know since this policy is not visibly shown.
My car was shot at with BB pistols by two kids sitting on the rock wall when I was in the drive-thru. Never go to this trashy place. Had to call 911 to report it.

My neighbor and I live just over a mile from this location. We are both done ordering. Today my neighbor ordered and the delivery guy called and said the buzzer isn't working so I went down there but no show. My friend called store and was told that they can't wait forever. Was very rude too. Unprofessional. I tried the buzzer, it's working!! So never got the food. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS location.

The manager discriminated against my two disabilities. The manager expressed making a pizza and I relayed a person I know will go get it. I got a call that they wouldn't exchange the pizza; unless, the original pizza was exchanged (which was 75% uncooked dough). I could barely get the pizza up because I have one arm, and no means of transportation. The manger told my person picking up to leave and stated I was on a "monitored & recorded line" for the pizza exchange. The manager violated the ADA guidelines, and has piss poor customer service skills. The observation was the place was absolutely filthy. The only good thing is the staff are awesome. The manager should be fired for having no empathy, not following through with THEY'S word, and incompetence. The situation is despicable, and in violation.

Chaotic and just a mess. There were 5+ associates working and no one knew what they were doing. The manager finally came out to help after about 20 minutes. Felt bad for the kids working. The was no direction. The many people waiting to pick up orders said we would receive a credit for the wait. I have yet to see anything credited to my card.

I did, they knew nothings and this transitioning thing told me to hold on for like 10 minutes on hold. I never got my food and am never going back. They’ve given American jobs to foreigners. They’re horrible with customer service. Disgraceful
