(Last visited on 5/26/2021.) My coworker spotted this food truck/cart one afternoon and said he wanted to try it. So we did and it was so satisfying that we went back again the next day! Here's why!Atmosphere/Appearance: Seeing as this is a food truck, there isn't much to it. I honestly can't say enough good about Saigon Sandwich. The best Bahn Mi in Madison, and the best lunch to be found on campus. They are a totally reasonable price, and for the flavor you get I think that makes them underpriced. You order via QR code, so there is no line to place an order, just to pick up & pay. I usually get the Special Combo w/ everything except half as much jalapeno as usual because I'm a bit of a wus for spice.
