Great food, great place, but unusually high gratuity for a place where you order at counter, get your own water and own sugars and glasses and utensils. I work in the food industry and no how hard the job is. However they are only bringing the food to table with no other contact during meal. Even pay at counter.

Best coffee, pastries, brunch, and patio in Madison, hands down. The staff is lovely and beyond helpful. Try the soft scramble, kale salad, or BLT. The wine selection is also great. Highly recommended!!!
