My friends and I love Tornado Room. We were doing a “martini crawl” and stopped at Tornado room for their late night menu. Ben is such a great bartender and made FABULOUS martinis with stuffed olives. This will be our first stop next time.

On a business trip, and stopped at Tornado on a whim (new nothing of the place). I sat at the bar, and enjoyed an amazing meal with a couple regulars.Fillet, french-onion soup, and Brussel sprouts with a glass of Oregon pinot.Called my wife, and said it was the best steak of my life!

I was here 10 years ago and have, since then, emphatically stated that this place prepared the best steak I've ever had. Having just visited again in Feb 24, I can continue to promote that assertion...just incredible. Not cheap, but in this case you really do get what you pay for, and then some! It is a must do for any steak lover.

This was my first time eating at Tornado Room, and I would absolutely go back. The food portions were large, the food was well seasoned, the prices were very reasonable for a supper club and how much food you get, and the service was impeccable. My water glass was refilled consistently, and our server Tara made it a point to ask our names and make sure we had a memorable experience. I will absolutely go back.

A few other people have stated the discrimanitory service they received. If you don't look like an old rich white person they won't treat you well. My partner and I were sat at an awful table right by the front door and it was freezing, cramped and unpleasant. The table was far too small for the food, and the tablecloth was so long I tripped on it and it wrapped around my legs super awkwardly. Food was mid, especially for the price tag. Would not recommend tbh

I ordered the fillet with mushroom and cream sauce, medium. The fillet was cooked beautifully, but they put a lot of pepper coating on the steak so that threw me off. The wedge salad,was fantastic. I wish they would’ve given a bit more of a relish tray, but they did give you a little somethng to nibble on. My husband ordered the T-bone medium rare, but it came out more medium to well done. The meat was tender but again they were very heavy with the pepper. The French onion soup was delicious. The cheesecake was decent. The atmosphere was like an old school supper club.the staff were helpful.

I went here with a friend and I was SO happy to have snagged a reservation a week or so before going.The vibe is amazing, JD, our server, was super nice, attentive and we had a great time. The wine was so good. And I surprised myself by ordering rabbit (I joked to my coworkers that I cant eat a poor bunny) but I did...it was delicious ...I feel bad saying that as a vegetarian of 7 years but , whatever you did, you did it right. My friend's onion ring and hashbrowns were the size of our heads, and I had some of his steak and it was downright delicious. Will be coming back again! Thanks JD.
