I used to really enjoy Panda Express in Manitowoc WI. Today, I had the worst food I have been served here. I must have received the bottom of the barrel. The honey walnut shrimp were burnt, and I mean BLACK on one side. The honey sesame chicken had a lot of tough and chewy pieces. The fried rice was tasteless. I have spent a lot of money here over the past several years, but I will not give one more dime of my hard-earned money for this garbage. I wish I could get my money back. How disappointing!! Panda Express of Manitowoc should be ashamed.

The food is usually good but this time around I ordered online and my chow mein was mostly cabbage. It looked like I got the bottom of the bowl. So disappointing.

Drive thru is horrible. Trying to figure out what we want while being yelled at by workers. We needed only a minute to look at the menu when no one was behind us. The worker kept yelling at us saying it's the "express lane" and kept telling us to come inside. All we needed was a second but kept getting interrupted by the worker saying stuff to us. We had to leave because we were so mad. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!???????????????????????????????????

Unable to take orders for a family of 4 because it was "an express". They were only willing to place 3 orders. They expected us to come inside for an order for 4 people.

I placed an order online for 10am as they open at 10. I get there at 10 and they tell me it’s a 10-15 minute wait, but I couldn’t wait that because I needed to get to work. So I asked for a refund, and was told he can’t do that. So even though they didn’t put together my order when it was supposed to be picked up and talked to very rudely was told he can’t give me a refund even though I paid for everything and have a specific time set to have the food picked up at.

Manager was lousy and charged us extra for the panda cub meals that our children got from school. It is limit 1 per visit so I went 3 separate times and my wife brought my last son to get his and he said “no your whole family just came through and it’s only one per family” when it clearly states one per visit nothing about 1 per family. He had something personal against me and is definitely not manager material!!

Extremely unmotivated employees, miniscule portions and when asked for more was told that was sufficient. 12.50 for literally 5 pieces of meat and some vegetables. Quality and service are extremely low these days. No value whatsoever. Extremely disappointed in what this establishment has become.

Attempted to use the drive through, we were struggling to order as everything we wanted they didn't have. When we finally finished ordering two plates, we needed a third and who we assume to be the manager took over the drive through speaker and told us in the most disrespectful way that the drive through was for fast orders and that if we wanted to order food we would have to come inside because he didn't have the time for us to order so slowly. We were struggling to order because they had no food!! It was honestly disgusting behavior. We decided we didn't need to eat there and just pulled out without going inside because we didn't want him to treat us poorly again.
