Took 2 of the grandchildren out to eat. We let them choose and that was easy to do once they found out Panera Bread was on the list. Once there they quickly knew what they wanted to order. They were very pleased when we told them they could also get a cookie too. They are everything! It was a fun dinner time.Kid-friendliness: The cashier was excellent with the children. We wanted them to place their own orders. He guided them through it with ease. Mac'n cheese is a favorite. Our granddaughter ordered the end of a baguette. She hollowed it out and stuffed her Mac'n cheese inside it !!! Yum yum !!!

I usually get the Green Goddess Coprese melt, and every day it’s a hit or miss if I’m going to get a nice full sandwich with all the ingredients on it. I spend WAYYYY to much money on this place for my sandwich to be a hit or miss. It makes me so sad buying an expensive lunch for work and opening it later in the day to realize it’s nothing close to what I paid for! Someone seriously needs to talk to these workers and stress what consistency means when it comes to things. I’m going there tomorrow and hope to get compensated for what was supposed to be a Green Godess Coprese Melt, because this is not even close to what I paid for!!

Omg I just went and I literally loved my experience, it was my first time and the cashier(who had curly hair) was literally sooo nice. I ordered the chicken chipotle avocado and my mind was blown ? the smoked chicken was incredibly juicy and the peppers were perfectly roasted and added spice. And then we have…. That sauce….. ? where do I start, the creamy comforting and warm tasting spices hugged me from inside out. PLEASE never remove this sandwich. I love u guys, thanks again to the awesome cashier ( with curly hair)

Has dinner with my family. My favorite soup is the chicken with wild rice...can never have enough ? I also tried their new sandwich and that was amazing as well. My daughter is extremely picky and had a smoothie which she liked. Salads here are also good. We eat here only once in a while, pricey for a family, but delicious food. Staff are wonderful and it was very clean.

Service was amazingly fast. Food is always fresh and appealing.
The employees are so busy talking and looking at their phones that service is awful- coffee is empty, strup cane sugar dispenser is empty, no half & galf, no almond milk-- this is the norm for most Paneras i seem to visit. Get your act together please!

WAY OVERPRICED for what you get and the last time I went in there will be my last. I was picking up a Doordash order that they did not have ready. They had not even started it yet. I decided to order a breakfast sandwich. The one with avocado on it. My order was done prior to my Dash order being done. Delivered the order only to realize they made me the wrong food. No problem mistakes happen. Picked up another order for door dash there and said hey yall made this wrong, can you remake it. They remade it and I should have looked right away before leaving but I was in a hurry. Delivered that Dash order and realized AGAIN they gave me the wrong order. This time I called so they could have it ready for me because I picked up a dash across the street. I checked this time before leaving and the 3rd time they gave me the wrong food... Now I am irritated, I tell them its wring and that I will be right back for the correct order.. and reordered it again for the 3rd time. I went and delivered my dash and came back for my food. They then told me they had just switched to lunch and would no longer be making my breakfast sandwich but offered me a coupon for a get 2 free. I said fine whatever. A week later I came in to use my coupon on breakfast in which I was told my coupon was not valid on breakfast items. I ended up getting upset and explained the whole situation over again and after kind of arguing a little bit they did allow me to use my coupon for the breakfast sandwich that I had originally ordered. The lady did have an attitude about it which made matters worse. I will never go there again. I think I paid like 6/9$ for a HALF of a sandwich, then add everything else on top, just is not worth the hassle for me.

For the last 4 times they are out of avocado for my chipotle chicken sandwich. So disappointed!!! Nothing to compensate except more lettuce. It needs the avocado.Hope this doesn't continue for the sandwich has super good flavor.
