If the general manager, Berdell Pawelski is working LEAVE AT ONCE. We dine at Manitowoc Perkins every night. Last Wednesday, March 13, 2024 Pawelski was training a waitress. He was more concerned about how she addressed us than getting our order correct. I ordered the Fish and Shrimp and was given an empty plate. My shrimp was on my husband's plate and the fish and rice were totally missing. The waitress wrote it correctly. The cook knew he told her wrong due to our daily dining there. I heard him admit to the cook he screwed up the order. Yet he billed us for $3.99 for grilled shrimp in addition to my husband's order of sirloin steak. He did not bill my order at all. He made no effort to apologize in a timely matter. He treats the staff like dirt and is not friendly with the customers.VICTORIA, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, SHOULD BE THE GENERAL MANAGER. She frequently circulates around the dining room and greets customers. She is friendly yet professional.We have been dining at Manitowoc Perkins for 7 years. If he continues to be employed there, we will find another restaurant. The rest of the staff is awesome. The cooks are great. Our bill is at least $25 to $40 nightly.

The dirty floor... Is just disgusting.. Not friendly, food was honestly terrible, floors and table were sticky not to mention how LITERALLY UNFRIENDLY the staff WAS. I've had bad restaurants but this was TERRIBLE. My shoes are now sticky with some sort of substance and so is my child's pants.

We went for dinner as a family one evening. There were virtually no customers there, and yet, we waited a long time for our food. It tasted very good when it did arrive, and the waitress was very attentive. I did not eat my fruit cup because it was just cantaloupe and honeydew melon, not my favorite, but someone else at the table did.Kid-friendliness: Our 9 year old enjoyed the tomato soup

Food didn't look great, but it tasted fine. I ordered fish and shrimp, and both were a little overcooked. Service was great, we had a very attentive waitress and the overall experience was good.

The food here is pretty good. I would definitely recommend the potato pancakes. This place excels at breakfast foods. The staff are very friendly. The service can be a bit slow at times, but I really enjoy the cozy atmosphere of this restaurant. I came in for breakfast on a weekday. They were not particularly busy. I was seated immediately. There must have been only one waitress because it was a little wait before I got my coffee and placed my order. I ordered the Big Country Skillet. This is bacon, sausage, ham, scrambled eggs, cheese, and gravy, all on top of crispy tater tots. Once again I had to wait a bit for the order to come out. I loved the crispy bacon in this dish. The ham was diced small and grill seared. The sausage and gravy topped the egg. All this sat on top of a bed of crispy tater tots. Skillet was garnished shredded cheese. This was everything you could ask for in a breakfast.
