Almost everything was good besides the fact that I didn't get my drink with my meal. Isn't the drink supposed to be handed out the window first before the food? I felt rushed so I pulled up to check my food like normal and didn't realize until I got halfway home that I was missing my drink for a $10+ meal ?

I didn't plan on giving this place another opportunity. In fact I've rejected numerous deliveries, trying to avoid conflict. I honestly can say that I did not feel comfortable or safe in this environment until recently starting to pick up orders from this location again the people that treated me poorly in the past I no longer see, Chris at the front counter has helped me a couple times now and I am very grateful another employee name that I would like to recognize Alma. She was very kind to me made me reconsider being a reoccurring customer again but for now I will continue to see how the experience is picking up deliveries until I feel comfortable, becoming a sit down or pick up for personal consumption customer overall, I do see quite an improvement. Hopefully it continues to stay the same.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! I have never in My life wasted food but I recieved undercooked fries and chicken!!! I could never go to a popeyes again after this...UPDATE: BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE I HAD FOOD AT POPEYES AFTER MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! I LIVE IN GREEN BAY AND USED TO EAT POPEYES A FEW TIMES A WEEK. BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE ITS VEEN RUINED

I went trough the drive through and ordered a 3 piece combo with Mac n cheese and a 8 peace family meal with only chicken. Also a large Mac n cheese. When I got my food, I started to pull away as I checked the food. I got bone in chicken but I wanted tenders. I sent my boyfriend in to change out the orders, politely, but in return got really bad customer service. They told us they couldn't change them out because it "left the property". Wrong. We never left. We swung around quickly to get our right order. Keep in mind, from the time we got our food to the time my boyfriend walked in, it was less than 2 minutes. So we ended up coming home with our bone in chicken, and our mac n cheese. The Mac in cheese not just looks disgusting and chunky, but tastes disgusting too. $50 down the drain.
