Great atmosphere by the river and so glad we have a wine bar in our town of Manitowoc. That being said food and service was terrible. I keep trying to go back and it does not get better. The order was mixed up. The cheese platter was not a cheese platter Shrimp entrée didn’t have shrimp the mistakes just go on. Really wish it would get better or at least ok…

Absolutely love this place. We always try to go when we’re in town. Everything we’ve had had need delicious but the Salmon is beyond words - outstanding. Great food, wine and the best whiskey selection in town.

Prices are a little high, but food was good. Atmosphere is unique but very limited restrooms. Service was minimal at best; not friendly or attentive. Wait staff was more interested in socializing with one another behind the bar and in the kitchen than attending to customers, and there were people only at 2 other tables so it wasn’t busy. Bring your smart phone as menu is only accessible via a QR code or typing in a lengthy website address.Parking: Street parking only

I have frequented this establishment multiple times and have had great food, drinks and service. However, my kids were here from Florida over the holidays and I wanted to take them here. The food was not as good as usual and was not prepared properly. The vegetables seemed like frozen veggies from Walmart, the steaks were not prepared to order. One son ordered a signature drink with the bubble on top and rather than say, “I’m sorry, we can make the drink but we are unable to do the bubble” they brought the drink over and then told us that and 2 people attempted 5-6 times to make the bubble while laughing about it.Then the bill came. I knew it would be expensive but they added a service charge because we had over 5 people. The service charge was 20%. I normally tip at least 20% for good service, more if great service and less if the service and food is not good which was the case this time. So I was stuck paying over $500 for a sub par experience. My kids (all adults) could not understand why I was excited to take there. I can honestly say for the price I am not sure I will be back anytime soon. Also on a side note they were not even busy like usual that night so not an excuse for poor service and food. The server stood behind bar talking to another employee while we had empty drinks and talked to us like we were 5 years old when she did manage to come around. The novelty of being a newer place has definitely wore off and it shows.

This place sucked! The service was absolutely terrible! We were the first and only table and our food took 2hrs to get to the table. We weren’t given any plates with our appetizers. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning.

This place could be so amazing. I feel like you only get good service if you know the owners or staff. Every time I have dined here I have been disappointed in the service. The food takes a long time and they could be better at meeting the guests needs. Like bringing plates as soon as an appetizer is ordered… not 10 minutes after delivering the appetizers. Just disappointed and finally giving up on supporting this local business.

One of the best places to eat in Manitowoc. The staff has always been really friendly! Food is always 5 stars. I have never ordered anything I did not like! Their drink list in phenomenal as well. The view though, the views are always amazing. I love the outdoor seating in warmer weather. This is one of my go to spots.

Good atmosphere but food was disappointing. 18$ for "elevated" Alfredo that had no season or lemon flavor and pasta was obviously not homemade so idk why the price is so high. Mediterranean Flatbread was dry and flavorless as well and the salmon risotto had a hair in it. We also got a round of sangria which was half filled glass with ice and about 3 sips of wine. Would not come back and a 70$ bill of low quality food.

This place was awesome, the ambiance was spectacular. I'd make the drive from Green Bay just for date night. Right on the water. The drinks were delicious and so fun! We were there for the cheese curd crawl and in our group of 9 - everyone said they would've liked that RANCH right off the plate. It was SO good!! Never had one like it. Bravo for the best dip!!! May I suggest switching your white cheddar for yellow though, that would've put you over the edge for sure!!

I have never had such a bad experience at the wine bar. I loved going for our anniversary and valentines Day. We waited over an hour in half for our food, and it was not how we ordered. She came over and offered us more bread, which should've been free! The people across from us got their food first when they got there later. Also, the people behind us got their food with in like 20 minutes. It was our wedding anniversary tonight, to what a shame. I will not be back or tell people it is a good place to go. Sad the waitresses was nice, but it was the worst experience on one of our best nights sad.

We drove up from Sheboygan for a treat for our Anniversary. We feel we got ripped. We ordered a drink that was very good as well as the glass of wine we each had. We ordered a meat and cheese charcuterie board for $39.00 that was suppose to serve 4-6 people. It consisted of a strawberry cut in 1/2 maybe a dozen blue berries 6-8 cubes of 3 cheeses 3 meats each having 4-5 slices of meat, 2 jellies?, some chunks of candied pineapple and crackers. $82.00. We went across the street to Izumi Sushi for the rest of our meal. It was very good. I highly recommend it.

Had the pleasure of doing a show her this past Sunday and I must say it was truly a gem! The staff here was so nice and accommodating to us. The wine selection was extensive and very descriptive. I personally had one of my Wisconsin favorites (Three Lakes Black Cab) and it was poured to perfection. They have a full kitchen which I will definitely have to come back to try more from because it smelled heavenly. Overall this is a fantastic space for a wine tasting, pairing, girls night out, etc. Definitely give them a glance and you’ll agree with me I promise you!
