I mixed up the time for p/u and they cancelled my order. Had to reorder when I got there. Didn't get my garden salad. Instead, they gave me some chicken salad. Didn't get my points!Usually they're really great!
The app is a little annoying. I added Alfredo sauce in place of the red stuff and it charges an extra $1, yet the app doesn't warn you that is what is happening behind the scene. So I called the store and the really nice person working there explained the few questions I asked and there was nothing she could do, but they really need to do something with their app to warn if they are charging more. Coupons when using, says 2 toppings but if you order 2 meats, they charge you more....read full review
