Door dashed some BK around closing time , Door dashed straight jacked my gear , I called BK John the assistant manager answered the phone , Very respectful, Very polite , Asked how far I was away from BK I told him 5mins he asked me to come in and give me all missing items . Couldn’t ask for better service thank you John.
Only car in parking lot and in drive thru, ordered for whole family combo meals for x4 people. We were missing ALL of our fries and my sons chicken fries were stale like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days.. for as NOT BUSY as this place is comparatively to others in town they could AT LEAST verify contents and quality of the few orders they are doing. Very frustrating.
