My friend and I stopped in around 4:30 on a Sunday, we were not greeted, just stared at awkwardly by the employee behind the counter. We ordered our sandwiches. I was checked out by a different employee who has no customer service skills. We got drinks and chips and he did not hand me any cups. 3 times in a row, I have come here for a meatball sub and been told they are out of stock and not making more, at various times of day.This time I called ahead, confirmed in stock, showed up to the store, stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff fulfilled the online orders, and there were none more at the end of the online orders.I was told they will not have any more.Not going here any more - I'd far rather make the trip to the one in Monona Walmart than constantly...read full review

Food was fine, employees need some training on customer service** and should probably study the menu a little more.**No greeting when customers entered the store, rolled eyes at an elderly customer who was obviously having a hard time hearing, speed of service was subpar, no please or thank yous from employees, just overall poor service.
