Ordered carside to go. I didn't want to get out of my car, so that's the reason I tip. I called the number on the side to let the staff know I was outside. There was an emoyee who was just standing next to the phone and wouldn't answer it. I went inside and stated I am here to pick up my carside." He said I don't work over here and walked off. The food was very good. But I don't understand how a hostess was able to walk around with a big brush stuck in her back pocket. When we walked in, we was not greeted at all. What happened to great customer service?

Food was fine. Service was less than fine . Waitress never checked to see how we were doing, took 15 mins to get drinks and over 20 to get our bill after we were done eating even when the restaurant wasn't all that busy.
