I wouldn't normally rate a fast food place as we all have made our own judgments by now. I was there yesterday and I have to say how impressed I was with the staff. I was in a kind of shi@# mood when I pulled up to the drive thru and smiling by the time I left. Just good kids working there, polite and helpful.
So I am addicted to potato oles but sometimes they're old or under seasoned but it's whatever. Anyways, everytime I go there the staff always somehow has an immaculate customer service voice (I usually only do drive thru). They are almost uncomfortably chipper lol but that's fine. I'm usually always parked when I get fried chicken but that's okay because I know it's fresh (: and I accommodate my time for that. It depends on who's is working if you want good food. I had an issue with my drive through order, so I bought it inside to get it fixed, im assuming she was the manager that came up took my bag slamed everything out and named off all the meals and said see everything's is in there, but i was missing 1 potato ole and sauce.... she was rude. I'm thinking to myself no wonder this place is going under and no one comes here..?
