We were going to get gas the the Mobil out front and we were feeling hungry. We decided to give this place a try and I am so glad we did! I had the Lamb Tikka Masala and my husband had the butter chicken. We split an order of Garlic Naan and we both had a Mango Lassi.When you first walk into the place, it just smells so frigging delicious, I knew we made the right call. Both dishes were A-Mazing! We were originally planning to eat at the Milwaukee public market, but it was taking too long to find parking and I was quite hungry. Cafe India was only blocks away, so we decided to try them out. I definitely didn't regret it. The food was delicious (the naan bread was amazing. Very soft and flavorful).

You cannot go wrong with either the Lunch Thali (Combo plate) or their best dish- Chicken Tikka Masala. Try the Onion naan as a substitution - will not disappoint!I have made plans to stop here many times if going downtown.
