Had an amazing dinner on March 22nd at Cavas! Chef Ana and her husband Peter made us feel as if we were in their kitchen at home, enjoying cultural dining and champagne over family stories. The food was out of this world! We ordered the Mixta Paella for two. It came with an appetizer of Entrada (Pepa's mushrooms). Ana, the chef/owner recently revamped the restaurant concept. It is now a fixed price menu offering a mouth-watering selection of Spanish style tapas. There is a wine pairing option and a classic paella for those who don't want the full, fixed price, tapas experience. Ana and her husband make you feel like a guest in their home - their service was perfect — attentive, but not intrusive. The place is tiny, but comfortable. The prix fixe menu was beautiful, sort of like a small tasting menu, but we had the paella mixta, and it was delicious.
