This was my first time being here, I don’t live close to the location. The employees were kind and patient. The place was peaceful and clean, not only that but the food was absolutely delicious. The food was cooked and served perfectly along with the drinks! I would recommend going here to anybody in the area!
Pros: Service is great. Staff were considerate and checked on us after our meal. Location wise, being placed in the third ward was a smart move; aesthetically, it's great, and I feel that the overall looks mesh well.Now take the cons with a grain of salt,as I am speaking as a born and raised Midwestern. First of all the Shack burger is outstanding! The Third Ward location was hopping on Saturday night. Service was excellent, staff really does a good job. Considering how busy it was the wait wasn't bad. This location is spacious & clean. I love it that they provide cups & water by the condiments.
