“Has become my daily lunch stop at work and this is one of the better restaurants in this immediate area. Food quality is consistently good, staff is very friendly, and I always get my food quickly(which is great when you're on lunch break).“
“Was in there a few days ago and our order taker was super nice but the workers putting food together had our food sloppy. No pickles and was shorted a chili and they wouldn't issue it without a receipt even though I was just in 10 minutes prior . Subs were warmish at best. Seems to be going downhill unfortunately.“
“Went with a friend for a 2-for-1 special at lunchtime. Lots of people were there, but still plenty of seating. Not my style of food, but he's a big fan. Things seemed clean, staff was courteous, good portion, variety of tastes. A little pricey for my liking, but the food looked fresh, so you get what you pay for. The guacamole and the pickled onions were yummy. I could have eaten a big bowl of just that! If you're a carnivore and dining with a vegetarian this probably is a great place to go.“
“There is a reason other fast food places are under 4 stars and this place is closer to 5. I likedtheir chicken, not their sauce. Hopefully their food isn’t pumped with chemicals, I haven’t looked. I just hope the company itself becomes more accepting of all kinds of people.“
“Always super bomb fresh sandwiches. Obviously you gotta go a #13. I don't do Mikes Way but I can't recommend the red relish enough. If only these guys would sell the red relish in a jar like Potbelly does with their peppers. Perfect lunch or dinner on a hot day.“
“I have read some of the other reviews and I honestly believe they have mistaken this BK for the one on Durand. My family loves BK and we tried the one on Durand several times and each one was a complete disaster! Customer Service was trash, the lady was completely rude on the speaker that I just pulled away and went to Popeyes next door. I now drive past that BK and go to the one on Washington Ave. There the Customer Service has been nothing less than excellent. The food has always been fresh. The last couple of visits, my order has been taken by Nicole and her Service is perfect and I told her that she needs to teach the other BK on how to treat customers. Nicole has been very friendly and she is able to hustle to ensure fast service! Excellent balance!!! I refuse to visit the other BK after the service from Nicole at this BK!!!“
“Decided to try this because of a commercial we saw. Passed it by many times before.Walked in to nobody in the place but three employees. They were very friendly and quick to answer her questions seeing as It was our first time.We decided on two sandwiches. The meat and cheese portions were pre-done so I guess you can always expect the same amount each time you order a sandwich.We selected the toppings and want to get bagged up quickly. Each of the two girls that helped us were very friendly.Did find the prices pretty high seeing as 2 “Original” sandwiches without chips or soda were just over $20!Good, but nothing special enough to warrant that price, in our opinion.“

“Best McDonalds in the area. Fries are always fresh, lots of salt, the best way. Food is always good, order accuracy is usually good. Two negatives to improve; when people order food inside to table and you keep calling their number instead of bringing it. Clean the tables more often half of them are dirty when employees are standing in back. Seriously thought on table side; don’t have table-side ordering if you’re not going to bring it to the number or table number.Dining room is nice. Music is usually great as well.“
