“I have passed this establishment since I relocated to Wisconsin 7 years ago. Never see any activity.A sad event had us attending this establishment for a good cause. Never take life for granted.The first thing I quickly noticed. Very good ease of getting in and out of the booths. Extremely comfortable. We just wanted a refreshment and appetizers, and boy, we got a serious amount of food.These steak things with Extremely great dipping sauce ( it's not cheap nacho stuff either. A killer special sauce....don't ask ! Just enjoy)Almost forgot to mention the buzz maker. Lime margarita ?. A definite 'go again' stop.“
“This is the 3rd time I have gone here & I am more upset with myself that I don't go here more often. The food is amazing & the atmosphere is great. I can see why it wins best fish fry in Racine County. Came in with my girlfriend for a Lentil Fish Fry & it definitely did not disappoint at all. Wait was 30-40min but I entered expecting that. Found a spot at the bar for the final 25min of the wait. Ordered the Calimari for an appetizer. Very good & you could tell it wasn't some fake Calimari bc it looked like a real octopus. Tasted great. Got the bluegill with sand dollar potato chips. Absolutely phenomenal all Around. 4 great sized pieces. Perfectly crispy & not too battered. Rarely do I ever take home leftovers but only finished 2 of the 4 pieces & half of the Calimari. So had an amazing lunch on Saturday. Girlfriend got the perch & also came with 4 great sized pieces. The sand dollars are amazing. Great prices for portion sizes as well as phenomenal taste. 5* place“
“I was looking to grab a quick bite while waiting for my kid’s practice at the R.E.A.L. School to finish, and this place was perfect! Food was served quickly, it’s delicious and affordable. My server Alexis was a delight. Definitely try the Birria tacos or the Birriadilla, so flavorful! ☺️ Will definitely be back. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a Super8 parking lot deter you. It’s the real deal Mexican food.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid and family friendly place!“
“My husband and I went to Vero last night to celebrate our anniversary, and it's the first time we've gone back since they reopened. I love the changes they've made with a focus on small, shareable plates which is one of my favorite ways to dine. The food was outstanding, and the staff were all pleasant and efficient. I'm excited to have Vero back and even better than it was before.“
“I'll admit, I was a little thrown off that s pizza place also had sweets, but it works! Not only that, but both are actually really good. Sauce is nice with a hint of sweetness - which works well, especially if you're getting pineapple on your pizza. Yes, pineapple DOES belong on pizza. Have had the chocolate covered Nutter Butters and the s'mores bark - VERY good! My favorite pizza place in Racine.“
“Had dinner here last night for a birthday celebration. Food was good, but very surprised how long it took to receive our food. It was close to 45 minutes and all that was brought out during that time was the 1 salad and biscuits. Birthday celebrant had 2 biscuits and was not very hungry when the meal came. Some of the shrimp items were cool and some were warmer. Just wonder the process in the kitchen with preparation. Server does not bring the food out, someone else does. Always liked Red Lobster's food, but not too impressed with this visit.Parking: Handicap parking right in front of door.“
