I ordered food on the KFC website on my computer then went out to pick up the food. We went through the drive-thru and was advised that they were unable to make my order and that I had to cancel on the website or the app. I didn't have the KFC app and since I didn't even have an account that I ordered through, I would have to cancel it when I got home. went through the drive thru and ordered a 16 pc bucket. wanted all original recipe but could only get half and half. the original recipe chicken was fine but the extra crispy stuff was inedible. way overcooked and so dry.
