Only pitfall was the limited parking. Had to park in the out lot parking past the drive through zone because of the nextdoor restaurant. With 3 small kids and traffic would go really fast through the drive through zone. Maybe have some more "toms only" parking signs.
Staff that are on a mission. This Tom's has always had exemplary service for their customers and takes pride in what they do. Out of the Tom's in the Fox Cities this is one of the hidden gems that deserves more credit. Keep up the great work

I ordered large cheese curds and I received the small instead. I went and talked to Adam and he was very understanding and respectful. I went back and I received the large cheese curds and a pizza burger free of charge. I am highly satisfied with how they handled my situation. I will definitely come around again for future business kudos to the Tom's drive-thru team!
