“I entered an order through the mobile app and it was extremely busy. Catherine, Elsa, Isabel, and Logan were killing it! They had a long line and a number of to go orders to fulfill. I have never seen such a hardworking team. They were so pleasant and had fantastic communication internally and to customers. I forgot to add mayo to my #7 and they had no issue adding it. I am astounded at how professional and hardworking they were. They apologized for any wait even though I didn’t believe I wanted long at all. This team really makes me want to visit Jersey Mikes in Oak Creek, WI more often and definitely makes Jersey Mikes look like a great organization. Thank you so much!“
“Very friendly staff, delicious and adorable food (a rarity for quality these days). The cheese curds are some of the best around. Not overly breaded and still a little squeaky. My only complaint is regarding the ventilation system. Several times now, when walking in, it smells very strongly of frying oil. It’s quite unpleasant.“
“I have had hundreds of Subway sandwiches even before the other sub shops even formed. Since 2015 I really was on a strick diet especially after French Fry rehab for 2 months to lose 45 pounds. Haven't been to a subway in over 2 Tears but this stop today was beyond tasty. Savored each bite. The steak terrikki (sp...I know) really was great. Definitely will be stopping more often than every couple of years.“

“I just want to share how unbelievably helpful this staff was to me, I went in at about 730 pm, and one of the workers was getting screamed at over the phone, there was only three other people working and they let me know that they were out of bread but they were cooking some bread as fast as they could, and I kind of figured they were because when I walked in, I could immediately smell the fresh bread being baked. although I wasn't able to get my sandwiches until the bread was done baking. I felt bad for the workers getting yelled at over the phone, because I heard lots of profanity from the phone and I hope that the workers don't have to deal with that again.“
“I call at the last minute and asked if I could order from the catering section for my grandson birthday as that is what he requested, but I needed it for the next day. The gentleman said sure it would be no problem. I was very impressed. I asked for the veggies and sauces to be put on the side. They had the veggies, which all looked fresh in a box with a container inside with individual sections for all the veggies (also included tongs) and the sauces in individual containers as I requested. Other boxes had the subs I requested and marked what they were and bagged in a very nice handled big bag. Everybody enjoyed them at the party. I will definitely order from the Oak Creek Subway again. “Great sandwich shop and a good deli. Prices are with the times. Closed on Monday and is only open til 2:00 pm and 1:00 pm on Sunday I do believe. Menu has a wide range of choices and if you go to try something new you'll not know what choose because the menu is that has a good variety“
“First time coming and the place was amazing ?A peaceful place ,good food and good customer service! Pshhh this is the place to go ! We let our cashier ( Gabriella ) know it was our first time coming and she was very helpful and helped us make a decision on our food and may I tell you her decisions did not let us down . We tried The Phoenix sandwich and the Sicilian sandwich with a cup of broccoli cheese soup and a cup of Italian wedding soup ? It was amazing and thanks to Gabriella for being helpful patient and good service over all and the staff we will be back again SOON ! Thanks ?“
