Great local Chinese food. Great choices and variety in their buffet. They also have a great choice of dessert.Vegetarian options: They have a good choice of vegetable.Parking: They have parking right there outside the restaurant. No problem finding parking.
4 of us adults went here today for lunch buffet, it was clean,had a great selection of flavorful food, they even have delightfully delicious deserts! Service and staff were very friendly and efficient ! We will return and spread the good word of this place.

Value for money, this is the best Chinese buffet restaurant in the area including Green Bay. I have tried all the Chinese restaurants in Green Bay and Happy Garden stands out in taste and cost. All the negative reviews here can also be found in any buffet restaurants, even in high end buffets in Las Vegas. I agree the place needs cosmetic upgrade but that will increase the cost of the buffet. The only thing they need is to keep the place clean all the time.
