“Excellent food,choices for fish fry are walleye,perch and haddock.Loved the perch,all the food is good along with the drinks, the bar area is in the back and always busy, in the summer time there is a huge outdoor patio to eat and watch the planes come in and take off.“
“We went for the Friday fish fry and it was delicious great taste and huge portions I would highly recommend it. They also have delicious patty melt sandwiches and cheeseburgers. “Typical taproom with plenty of Wisconsin beers to choose from. There were plenty on tap which meant something for everyone to choose from. However, the food selections were great. Our table order appetizers of beef tenderloin slices on crostini and cheese curds too. The cheese curds were great and not greasy and the beef was over the top tasty. Our order was taken by the manager who was super friendly which is always a bonus.“

He thoroughly enjoyed his burger, while I savored a delectable roast beef sandwich. We left with a strong desire to return in the near future. Overall, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience.“

“Used to be a great grab and go now it’s hit or miss we call our orders in and they are usually timely. They can make a well done burger to save their lives this year I’ve been to them and have yet to get my order right at least my husband don’t mine the medium well. I normally dont even complain but when your told specifically NO PINK then it should be just that cut it open to make sure it’s done correctly“
“I love this place! We had a group of 10. They were quite busy (as usual) For a Monday Night. Menu has actually Dinners. Not just Bar and Grill food like most places in town these days. “Immediately fell in love with this bar! Great atmosphere and above all clean. The smell of fresh laundry as I walked into the door not a single bar I've been to in Oshkosh had that! We ordered combo baskets with fries they were soooo good it was hot fresh and had a ton of choices for dipping sauces. Plus it wasn't too costly for the amount of food we got. The food reminded me of home on the east Coast which is extremely hard to find in the Midwest. The staff was attentive and kind even with a Packers game going in full swing! They have darts and pool table as well. Would definitely give this bar a 10 out of 10! We'll be coming back!!“

“We were going to a show at the arena, was hoping to eat at the restaurant there, but the cook didn’t show up. Was recommended Sherman House. Was told they have amazing food. We were able to sit at the bar to eat as there was a line. The waitress took our order and I mentioned we have a show! Well our food was out to us in a very short time, and it was so delicious, I had the tenderloin sandwich and my husband had the Sherman burger. Definitely going to come back when we can stay longer to enjoy the fish fry!“

“Small menu - authentic cuisine. Very reasonably priced. We were a little shocked how affordable it was. Great craft cocktails. Bourbon selection was almost all "high test" alcohol content. Risotto and halibut were amazing. BRaised beef ravioli very rich but very good. Bruschetta is not great and doesn't fit with how wonderful everything else was. Nice little gem with a long, bright future is they stay true to their mission.“
“I had a mushroom and Swiss that was very good. Our server was always nearby but not obnoxiously so, kept the meal going very nicely I went with two kids and my wife all enjoyed their food. Then we went to the arcade where all the games were working, for a kids arcade was surprising to say the least so in my opinion food was on par for higher end sit down dining. And they have a place for kids to enjoy themselves as well. Sounds like a win for everyone“
