Lovely service from the waitress, who looked about 85 years old and still working hard. However, everything else was terrible. I ordered a medium steak, it arrived 1/3 burnt with broccoli that wa s also slightly burned. My mom ordered ribs, they were chewy with very little meat. Mozzarella sticks were fine. Service was slow and when we got our food, my husband's meal was cold. Mine was fine. They offered to bring a different entree or to reheat it but because of how long we had waited my husband chose to take his meal to go and reheat it at home. They did deduct the meal from our check.
