I've been a Cousins customer since it opened on 60th near Silver Spring. When the 2 Cousins were actually doing the cooking. My favorite back then was the Italian sausage sub. I miss it, but the Steak and Cheese works.
Meatballs are blah. Boiled or microwave. Needs to have some character applied. On the cheese steak, the little bit of meat is piled to the inside, so many bites are just bread and lettuce. And, what's unusual is the bread was not very appealing. Overly soft. Non-descript. Service was good for the order.
