The sandwich was excellent! The problem was the woman checking us out didn't listen to what was said about points. I know it was busy but that doesn't excuse being rude when asked to correct the bill. I will go back to see if maybe when it's not do busy if she is better at customer service.
Sub was great, they sliced the meat to order at the time of making the sandwich, that is wild! That being said, as a result, the whole process took a long time. I was there during rush although the line was not terribly long and it took at least 15 minutes to go through the line. I ordered a cold sub, I was expecting it to be much faster.

Today I stopped to get a sandwich and when I walked in I saw they were extremely busy. I had no problem waiting. When my turn came up and I ordered the veggie sub, despite being so busy, the workers still took the time to clean off the slicer before cutting my cheeses and veggies for my sandwich. They did so without a complaint or even a look that this was going to slow them up more. It was so refreshing that they took such good care of this vegetarian without hesitation....read full review
