We have eaten here many times over the years, and service as well as food quality has consistently been inconsistent. They have also had quite a few poor quality employees, but recently, it seems that the employees are somewhat better, so I hope that trend continues. The food, generally, has been alright. We ordered using the kiosk. It was easy and simple. Food arrived quickly and was hot. There is minimal interaction with staff in this new process of ordering through the kiosk, therefore not able to comment on their friendliness. Their ordering kiosk is literally right next to some of the tables where people were eating when we went in to order. This was the BEST mc donalds we have had in forever ... the food was hot the sandwiches were nicely put together I wish we had that kind near us ... this play was 3 hours from our home... around home they are terrible cold food only half the cheese makes it onto a sandwiches ketchup all over... so VERY PLEASED !!!!
