“Stopped by on shift and really wish I would have called ahead, but the wait was so worth it. My coworker who isn't from the areas couldn't stop talking about it when we got got back to the station. He for some reason loved the fries; don't get me wrong they are good but it wasn't the special lemon ones and avocado dipping sauce. This place will get plenty of business from our crews.Maybe ask an extra barbecue for the sandwiches if you want some for the fries or something. But seriously I'm already looking forward to the day off so I can stop in off shift; my coworker said the same thing. The atmosphere was historic for me living in the area and an old piano for not being tuned for a long time wasn't as bad it could have been.Parking: Parking in the back or across the street side lots.“
“Gibby's BBQ at George's Encore - Wow I have a love of BBQ and live music now this? Great food and the menu is varied enough to keep me trying new stuff. It's all good. Portions are on the wow side. I have nothing but praise for the service and its great for take out too. Brisket, pulled pork and chicken are fantastic. Homemade soups too.“
“Tried the Cajun shrimp tacos, prime rib dip, bacon Brussel sprouts and calamari. All fantastic. My husband and I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting the owners. Both are very great people. We have been to this place once before and both experiences were wonderful. Great atmosphere and food. Its right on the marina so summer time dining is spectacular if youre wanting a view! We will be going back!“
“First time visiting. I got the last brisket mac bowl, so they're obviously very popular. Brisket was very tender and well-seasoned, and the BBQ sauce was GOOD. Enough for two portions, so it was priced well at $16. Also had a chocolate cream pie, which was decent. Menu is simple which means they focus on a few things very well. Looking forward to going back.“
“Got the food to go but the cashier was prompt, had my order ready and walking up before I even fully got inside, and was ready with everything. The food....how do I say this ..... WAS INCREDIBLE!!! Both sweet potato and non-sweet potato fries were incredible and my wrap (The Rick wrap) was insanely delicious.Would strongly recommend going!!! From what I saw from the interior, it looks like the place was massively cleaned up and incredibly inviting!“

“Not any better ribs... Anywhere. Old school place. Cool vibe... Get there early or wait at the nice bar...... Motz Stix are wonton style... Very good... Salad good... Ribs are amazing... Baked potato is prefect... Service is top notch.. Filet is great as well....“
