Excellent! Dined in on a Wednesday night. The lady who took my order was lovely; she was patient while I took forever to decide and once I ordered/paid she brought everything to my table. Dining area as well as order counter was clean. My combo (single patty Mac n cheese burger #6, the pizza puff and large Carmel shake) was $17.44 inclusive of tax. This is a gem in Racine and a must visit!

Husband went through Drive through & ordered 2 malts. She asked if he could repeat his order twice. She told him to pull up to window and he sat and waited 10 minutes. She came to the window and said it would be $7.89 he was handing her the money and she closed the window and he waited another 10 minutes She came back for money then left again for another 7 minutes returning with 1 malt and closing the window. He waited another 12 minutes and left. Horrible service

We came here for the first time tonight on a whim. It's adorable inside with a couple arcade games and a retro feel. We were the only ones inside but the drive-thru seemed fairly busy and a few pick up orders as well.Loved the different selections of custard and lemonade flavors. I tried the lemon meringue pie custard and raspberry lemonade and both were perfectly sweet with some tang. Loved them both!The burgers and fried were decent, Im sure they were best fresh, but we had a little bit of a drive home to eat and we all know fries don't travel well most of the time. Still, not a scrap was left over so I'd say it was still a win!The woman who took our order, Maggie I believe, was a treasure of a person who was managing everything all by herself and gave us plenty of recommendations as, again, it was our first time. She was super courteous and fast. My husband thought someone must have been helping in the back because she was cranking out orders so quick, so we finally asked (since we saw no one) to find out her helper was unable to make it in and she was just being an amazing worker who bounced around with some chitchat and a smile as she did her thing.We will certainly be back!

We have been having our connect groups here for two seasons and let me tell you, they are the most accommodating people ever. They are so friendly, they had an area set aside for us each week and always worked with us if we needed something. The custard is yummy and the food is good. I would recommend you to go visit and enjoy your dinner.

Lovely restaurant with an enjoyable enterior. It gives a retro vibe with a modern twist. The food is amazing, especially their custard. They have a monthly switch of flavors and they are always amazing. Even if you haven’t tried custard, go ahead it’s worth it. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to the needs of customers. I have never ran into any issues here and I see myself as a frequent customer here. If this restaurant is not a convenient area for your location, try their sister restaurant “Dogs and Cream.” Same delicious food, same amazing service, just a different retro style. It’s the best fast-food restaurant. I’d even call it gourmet.Kid-friendliness: They have a section in the restaurant with those 25 cents games, including stickers, candy, etc. In the back, they have vending machines that keep parents in watch of the children while also not being bothered by any kids. It’s a smart design choice put to good use.

Came in the other day to see one lady working the register and making food. She literally was the only one there. Took nearly 40 minutes to get our food and when I had asked if there were pickles on the sandwich she told me that when ordering I needed to read the sign as each burger has a name. I was kind of irritated by that response because when ordering I felt rushed as there were about 15 people behind me waiting to order to, so I just kind of said the first burger I saw. When I asked to have pickles she told me it was .50. Are you serious?? .50 for pickles when I can grab an entire jar for 1.00. The food was Ok, nothing to brag about and the burgers were super greasy. You can tell that they haven't changed there fryer oil in awhile either. I would not return to this place again. For 38$ I could've went to Culver's and spent less. I feel that waiting 40 minutes for your food, she could've just given me 3 pickles. I don't support places like this that nickel and dime you in ridiculous ways. It's also unfair to have one person working an entire store. She was literally running around from spot to spot trying to get everything done for all the orders that she had.

Just too high of prices with burger meat being the thin frozen meat. 9.00 is way too high for people to pay for fries burger and soda. And 11.00 for a burger with cheese and jalapenos on it with fries and a soda.

For years I drove by! Why??Friday night I decided to give it a shot.First off, outstanding service and super friendly staff -- two wonderful hardworking ladies running the whole operation. I hope they are getting compensated well for they do a fine job.They made my triple hamburger, custom, just how I requested, with LOTS of onions. The quality of the beef was good and the red onions, both raw and grilled were perfect in quality and quantity.I also had the cheesecake custard, it was yummy and I enjoyed the soft serve like texture (a little different from places like Kopp's and Oscar's, yet different was delicious in this case)Also dig the atmosphere. Will be back :)
