Freaky S-L-O-WTakes about an hour to get an order delivered. The first time, I thought it was a fluke. Twice could be a coincidence, but I am not about to try a third time to see the pattern. A lot of reviews are saying the same thing.The bread was overbaked, and the sandwich was made very sloppy. Not to mention, it was soggy after sitting in the driver's car for over 30 minutes.I don't know what is up with this store. But I won't be finding out.

I travel many places and had plenty of deliveries.The guys that delivered my food was completely terrible.Through my food at me over a tip and I tip through DoorDash.The worst.I couldn’t even enjoy my food the way I got treated

Second time I've been in a jimmy johns. First thing I noticed was that the guy making sandwiches had long shaggy hair he was swingin' around. Sure enough...found a hair embedded in my sandwich. ? Can't believe this would be allowed. Everyone else working had hair tied back or short hair. Will NEVER GO BACK HERE!! And will share my experience with others. YEECH!
They didn't have any wraps they offer because they forgot to thaw out the chicken smh what a waste of time. If you offer it have it ready and it's still

I’m not sure why this Jimmy John’s is so different then the others, but I’ve ordered delivery here several times and it always takes longer (one time over an hour with no notification). Two of the three times I’ve been in the location my sandwich order was wrong. When I was there Saturday they were answering the phone by saying “Jimmy John’s we are at 1.5 hours for deliver.” Crazy. I think a three star is fair for this location.

I don't only do this but I feel an injustice was done so I must rant. So i placed an order for a sandwich from Jimmy Johnson Racine at 7:28 PM was not delivered till 8:20 PM you and needless to say, the sandwich vwas cold ? I called to complain , so agreed to credit my scct for the sandwich.? Then I called back sfyer I realized it was missing the avocado I SOECIFICALLY paid extra for, she added if I was sure it wasnt between the cheeses, I told her it wasnt. She seemed to think I was lying, and reluctantly said she would crefldit my whole meal?. I told her he wouldn't come in and I came with the $20, but it wasn't enough. It was $23 & some change. So I went back to my purse and grabbed 9 quarters and a dollar and paid. When I got ALL the way back to the front door, as most of u know, that is quite a workout for me, too?the the dude he said it wasn't enough it was short but not to worry because he had other deliveries and could take careof it, no problem?? The lady that took my complaint called me back after I called and complained said that the driver stated I did not even pay completely for my order so she was not going to credit my account and kept trying to hang up on me, AGAIN!!! I told herv o ssk him to please double check the change in his pocket. she said he was VERY uncomfortable because he wanted him to bring the order inside as i requested in my order instructions. ? They NEVER even told me that was against their policy and couldnt accommodate a, and that since ididnt even pay comited meal! ?And that I gave him 9 quarters and a dollars! ? She said no! She said he states you gave him a 20 and went back and gave him 2 singles I said that is a straight up lie!!! ?? So, Jimmy Johns NO LONGER FREAKIN'FAST" ANYMORE!!!?? Smh? not freaking fast like they claim but more like freaking of a slow! ? Hard sandwiches,Wrong sandwich, they COKPETELY lied about me not completing my payment.AND MIND YOU, TGAT WAS PART OF THE TIP I LISTED ON THE ONLINE ORDER!!!! REALLY JIMMY JOHNS, THIS IS HOW U TREAT YOUR CUSTIMERS FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS?!?!???? GEEZ,!!! SMH ?FOR NOT PAYING FOR THE TIP COMPLETELY AS LISTD IN THE ONLINE ORDER!!!? ?? I will be posting on their website as well. I'm waiting for my call ??Thanks first listening? Carry on! ?PS Never even got the extra cheese I paid for either? SMH ??
