First pizza ordered from here in over a year due to issues. Thought we'd give it a try again. Called, told me 15-20 min. Got here in 17 min. Now @ 45 min and still waiting. To be honest, used to be a favorite of ours but we will never be back. You'd think they'd at least offer an apology, but nothing. Too bad! Plenty of other very good options for pizza places in Racine and Sturtevant.

This place was extremely busy when my group of 10 got there. Was a bit of a long wait even with a reservation. However the waiter that was going to be our server for the night came by the tables our group was waiting at and took drink orders. So we did not mind waiting and it was quieter then in the restaurant itself. We got to talk and whole group could hear each other. After being seated things slowed down a bit in the room. We had the pizza and it was very good. Our server was right on top of everything we needed. I would come here again with a group of people or even with just a couple friends. Very friendly staff. We all had a great time.Parking: There is a Hugh lot to park in.Kid-friendliness: It is a great place for families.Wheelchair accessibility: The surface of floors and entrance are all the same level to be easily accessible. Plenty of room in main dining area for a wheelchair.

Went out to eat with my family, unsatisfied is an understatement. My food was messed up, and I asked to speak with a manager while being very polite, because I understand the mistakes happen. The manager was VERY rude. He was unprofessional, and I will never be coming back and putting my money into this business. Do not recommend whatsoever.
