I used to eat here 2 or 3 times a week, but now that it's 2024, their walk in dine in no longer exists. I stood in line last week for 30 minutes with 5 people in front of me. Before they even asked the first person what they wanted, everything was gone, so I walked out. 4 days ago, I went back and had the same experience. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me. You lost a regular now.

Daughter takes dance, has a 30 min window to eat and wants panda express.Pull up at 10 am. Supposed to be open at 10.Parking lot is not plowed. Looks closed.So I call. They say that they will be ready in 10 min.So I call my daughter and ask her if she wants to wait.She says yes.So 15 min later I pull up to the drive thru window.Wait another 5 min.Finally someone comes on and says that they still are not ready.First don't tell me you are going to ready in 10 min and waste my time. Lie to me. Tell me your manager got into an accident and that you are behind 30 min.Second what kind of business does not have their lot plowed during open hours?

I placed a delivery order for 12-14 items with some special requests. They nailed ALMOST everything. I tried calling the number via the DD app but no luck. So I called the store. The manager quickly apologized an went out of his way to correct the mistakes that had been made. Within 15 min or so there was a panda employee at my door handing me the remainder of my order. The original delivery was via door dash. This manager I know did not have to go this far to fix my order but he did. Definitely will continue to be a regular here. Thank you for the above and beyond customer support to the manger an the employee that brought it!

I've only ever used the drive-thruand it's usually pretty busy, but it's worth the wait!!! Even that I've ever talked to at the window is very nice and very professional!!! I love the orange chicken with white rice bowl!!!
Food was great and hot. Didnt have to wait for anything. Facility was clean. Only concern would be the demeanor of the staff. Treat you like you are a bother. Sometimes they will let you just sit there and ignor you. Tons of staff but will let you sit and wait.

This is always a good option to eat fast and good, however, was a little bit weird that the prices are a bit higher than other times…Personal is good, food is good, place is good. Nothing to complain about. I would like to give 5 stars but they don’t have enough vegetarian options.
