So apparently when a customer calls about an order that is over an hour late they informed me that the door Dasher stole my order and then proceeded to have a male get on the phone to cop an attitude talk trash and now he called me back threatening that the next number I'm called from will be his and I will be dealing with him on his off time now.
We ordered a pizza on 10/31 and was told pizza will be delivered within the hour. Pizza didn’t show up for over 3 hrs later. We tried to call the store and they had disconnected their phone so there was no way to get ahold of them. We have reached out to corporate several times with promises that have not been kept and they now won’t get back to us. I don’t know how this place stays in by with not caring about the customers. They got our money and that is all they care about.

It’s always dark, dingy, and dirty inside and outside. They never clean the place. This is the last time we will ever order from here. We went to pick up the order and no one was there- Its so dirty we almost just left the order and called it a loss-finally after about 5-10 minutes someone came out and gave us our order. It’s not a place where food should be cooked.
This place is so dirty. The food is terrible and the pizza made me puke. DON'T EAT HERE. They need a health inspector to shut that place down.

Guess when they forget stuff, " sorry about that" is suppose to fix the issue. No replacements, no nothing. After a year of not eating here... we will go back to that. Least Dominoes fixes their errors!

Ordered delivery, both were undercooked, cheese barely melted, plus wrong toppings. Ordered green olives, got green peppers. Was told they didn’t have green olives so they just substituted green peppers! WHAT? That doesn’t even make sense??????

After ordering my pizza , the online ordering message told me it would arrive to my door in 30 minutes. After 50 minutes and no pizza I called the store to see where my pizzas were and they told me there was a delay and it would be would be a little bit before my pizza would be delivered. I told them I would pick it up Instead because I had people waiting and I didn't want anymore delays. I told them I wanted new pizzas because I felt my order was sitting too long. They recooked my order and the manager gave me a discount for the trouble. Things happen for whatever reason and although I did not have the best experience, the manager made things right.I would definitely come back again simply because the manager took action and made things right.

And Then There Was The Reason “Online Reviews” became so valuable… I’m going to be that reviewer and say what everybody else said when you scroll through the comments hoping for a -Benefit of Doubt- But yet what other reviewers have stated is of course TRUE. Every and I mean “Everyyy” Time I order from this location they literally “ALWAYSSSSS” forget my 2 Liters (If not one, always both). Typically if I have a bad experience, I leave it to everyone else to leave their thoughts but I guess you can say enough enough. Can’t fully blame the drivers, and so my finger points to the “Food Preps”, but Mainly to corporate … maybe taking a smidge more effort controlling franchises & taking care of employees. But let’s not get toooo technical.I just wanted to avoid a late night trip to gas station and enjoy some late night pizza delivery. Pizza was burnt, and incomplete order. Big “L” Here…
