We visited Taco Bell this morning, 2/7/24. The girl at the register was very pleasant and respectful. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered breakfast burritos. They were ice cold. My wife asked to have hers reheated as she couldn't eat it that cold. An employee made her a new one instead, stating that they had no way to heat it up. The new one was somewhat warmer. I ordered 2 soft shell beef tacos with lettuce and cheese with cinnamon twists and a senior drink. She kept asking me what I was ordering and I had to repeat it at least 3 times and when I got home I had 2 hard shell tacos with the cinnamon twists and the senior drink.I called and told them what was done.
