I went in the drive thru at about 1130am, they messed up my food so I came in. It was a person with a manager shirt on and a limp. She was very very rude and had a snotty attitude. She did not seem like she wanted to help me much. I usually try to visit twice a week but the last month has been absolutely horrible.

Came at 9:20am, "we ain't open". Also consistently worse food and higher prices than the Green Bay location. Go there instead, always better service and great food. Find a new owner/manager for this location.
The staff at this location are incompetent and very rude, would rather drive the extra mile to a different one than come here. What made me finally put in a review after so many poor experiences was being told they're only taking Door dash orders and didn't know how to give us a refund on their app.

815pm on a Sunday 12/10/23 and they're no longer taking orders. I stopped a few weeks back and their system was rebooting and not taking orders. Stopped in October and they only could take orders if you had exact change. I've never seen a franchise so poorly managed. I don't know how they're still open for business because they're not making money from the general public.
